Default Dale Beckner badly hurt Friday
It seems to have escaped notice, but Dale Beckner was badly injured in a spill Friday at Presque... Facial and possible back/neck issues.

yeah, i saw this yesterday. hoping for a full recovery for him. crazy the ups and downs in this sport.

I was told that he is out of ICU but will need further surgery.

I'm not sure how long he's been back riding, but i see that Dale won the 5th race at Philly today. Great to see him back riding after that Presque spill.
