Default Vitamins - What do you take?

I am taking One a Day Maximum

big ole red pill I gotta cut in two to get down but man what an energy rush after, love em

Strange as it may seem, on these I sleep better at night. Was taking regular mens One a Day

Then, since I am lactose intolerant, I drink a big ole glass of Orange Juice loaded with calcium and vitamin d in the am

then, when it gets real, real cold and wet here in ohio, I take a vitamin c supp every couple of days. have not had the flu in years

I take children's chewables because I like them. Sour gummy bear-esque.

I also take a glucosamine pill and a potassium pill.

And two chocolate calcium chews.

But I can't have iron in my vitamins, and it's hard to find vitamins without iron.

That's plenty funny!
For me, I don't take any vitamins.
One of my ex-wives really believed in them. She bought tons!
She wouldn't dare eat fresh veggies from the garden while I do all the time.
Also, a juicer is very nice.
If you don't have the time, V-8 will get you by.
Just eat fresh and with the seasons.

btw...she was a registered nurse. I'm still kickin'. Last time I saw her, she looked like something the Egyptians would put inside a pyramid.

It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day
at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of
Escherichia coli bacter ia found in feces. In other words, we are consuming
1 kilo of ****. However, we do not run that risk when drinking beer (or rum,
whiskey, wine or other liquors) because alcohol has to go through a
distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermenting.

WATER = ****

BEER = HEALTH

Free yourself of ****, drink BEER!!! It is better to drink beer and talk **** than to drink water and be full of ****. There is no need to thank me for this valuable information, I am doing it as a public service. Have a nice day.

Thats how I do it.

I probably drink too much water. 2 gallons a day while I am working. As far as vitamins, a basic multivitamin and an additonal 500mg of Vitamin C.
I eat the same breakfast almost every day of the year- Kellogs Raisin Bran and an english muffin with butter and a glass of Tropicana OJ. Then I have a couple cups of coffee. Also every day I eat one MetRx bar.

i take a vitamin and calcium to make sure i get the full amount i'm supposed to have.....i don't drink milk much at all, or eat very much cheese, so i have to replace the calcium somewhere. i eat fresh veggies every day, and salad. take a fiber supp since i don't eat much bread or other grains, pastas, etc.

eating a bowl of chili right now. mmmm, good!

my breakfast every week day is coffee...and then i usually keep sunflower seeds handy during the day.
