my thinking is that only larger, 'real' grocery stores should be allowed to accept food stamp cards.
here in arkansas, they have wic stores. perhaps they should broaden that to food stamp stores. go there to make all your purchases, and nowhere else.

i also think tho that only food with nutritional value should be allowed. no soda, candy, etc. and generics rather than name brand.
