This time, Velez has no problem going to the lead. It's premature, but it appears the track might be speed favoring. Wonder what this tri pays.

Awesome, my first pick of the day barely outruns a horse that was being eased up.

MTh R2:
I don't think the 7 is the best horse in the race; but there's so much speed in the race, that the 7 figures to get a perfect setup. The key is whether Borel sits just off the other speed or gets involved in the duel. If the 4 is rated just behind the pacesetters, she wins; if she's sent, the 7 wins. It's dicey, because, even though I think the 4 is the best horse in the race, if she's sent, there's no guarantee she gets 2nd. The ebox is paying 4:1 minimum, so it's worth the gamble. ebox: 4 / 7 |

AP Late Pick 4, Races 6-9
Impressive Catalano 2yo "Jordy Y" looks like a solid single in the 6th race, and 30-1 ML "In the Frame" could easily win the 7th. 5 / 1,3,8,9 / 4,6 / 2,4,5,9 = ($32) 5 / 3,9 / 1,7 / 5,9 = ($8) |

Hard to believe that piece of **** Omniscient won the race. I almost fell off my chair when Thomas picked him. On a somewhat related note, I really need to tune Serling out when it comes to Acquired Cat.

MTH races always get to the gate LATE. Today, they're overlapping with WO post times. They really need to get them off as scheduled.
