Del Mar 9/8: Late PK 4
Tough sequence to wind up the meet:
Race 7: Wide Open 7 - Misinjennuous 5 - Ruby Lane 2 - Lost Prophet 3 - Tiza Bud Girl 6 - The Great Atlantic Race 8 Tossing JP's Gusto and Western Mood, and swinging for the fences 8 - Indian Winter 1 - Jaycito 2 - Riveting Reason 10 - Road Ready 5 - Just Imagine 6 - Major Art Race 9 Scratch of refuse-to-win hanger Gotham Spirit helps. Fair Chase takes a big drop, picks up Rosario, and faces a field in poor form. 2 - Fair Chase Race 10 The 8 will be the wise guy horse in here, but there's a few with a good chance. 8 - Marino's Star 4 Sammartino 5x6x1x2 = 60 x.50 = $30 Good luck! Think I will join you...
7) 2 Lost Prophet may run away with this at 9/5 1 Rising Honour - Cnak jumps on and this one is classy enough and quick enough to stay close 4 Warrens Too Cool - Pval stays here over several others and JG likes to give them a start as a prep. Closes like a freight train 7 Misinjennuous - use to be good enough..worry this one will just hang 8 - gonna use JP Gusto (#4) in a backup ticket and go for a price in main ticket 8 Indian Winter 3 McKenzies Way 2 Riviting Reason 1 Jaycito 5 Just Imagine I hear Western Mood hates the Del Mar surface so I'm passing 9 2 Fair Chase - Toss the last which she came in 8th as the fav, she is a standout 8 Champagne Snob - Works say watchout, form says backup in the lane. Prob a prep for fairplex 9 Miss Seamless - prob not ready, as works are weak but it is Drug Oneill 10 4 Sammartino - Should of won last time with that easy lead, which will just make the price better this time as others jump ship. Training up a storm 6 Tiz Argent - Win here and then wait for Oaktree 7 Tribal Nation - Enough speed in here to set up the close...worry about Flores decision making though Leaving out Mariono Star as he will get hammered down at the windows based on troubled trip and just not sure he is better then the rest Ticket 1 1,2,4,7 / 1,2,3,5,8 / 2 / 4,6,7 $30 Ticket 2 1,2 / 3,4,8 / 2,8,9 / 4,6 $18 Paid $342.75 Last edited by Rootdog1 : 09-08-2010 at 10:15 PM. |

Agree with you on the last leg, and adjusted my ticket, as I grow my leary of singling the Ellis horse.
Sammartino's races VS open company were nice. If Pval can be patient, that horse has a big chance. He needs to be included. |

Once the 7 was scratched from the 9th, I really didn't have any other horse I liked other than the Sadler, so that's a better single for me. Good luck. Hope we get a price in the feature race. |

thanks....have a feeling I am going to need some luck. I would love to get the 3 home at 30-1 so both tickets keep going (or the 8 at less attractive odds)

I could have hit the ALL button the 1st two legs, and still be out.
JP's Gusto looks to be the best of a really bad group in California right now. Race 9: $1 Trifecta 2/1,12/All |

Thanks - That was a sick rally in the 10th. That nose cost me $100 on the pk4 payout, but I will take it!
