Tribe update...

Which is why, when you look at the top end of the Tribe's roster, all you can really see is a bunch of future ex-Indians. Shin-Soo Choo is already starting to rattle his saber, with a couple of opaque, off-the-cuff remarks made to ex-Indian Jhonny Peralta and the South Korean media about wanting to play for a winner. He's a free agent after the 2013 season, and unless the Indians start contending, his departure will occur via trade before that.

Big market teams are circling overhead like buzzards, looking for meat to pluck off the Tribe's carcass. Rumors have dropped this winter that the Yankees are interested in Fausto Carmona, the most proven starter in the Tribe's rotation. He's signed for a while, so the Indians aren't obligated to trade him. But if he starts raising a stink like Zack Greinke did shortly before getting dealt from Kansas City to Milwaukee earlier this month, he could make for quite a distraction.

(I can never resist a here's Jhonny reference! good to see his name)

If they want to be taken seriously, they should probably stop jumping up and down trying to get noticed.

You may not be aware, but the OSU Prez. said, a few weeks ago...essentially that the lessser conferences play a much weaker schedules than the majors and therefor should not have one of their undefeateds in one of the major conferences little cloistered bcs games.Meaning money was the issue.

I think he did refer to them as LSOTP.

So I can't blame them at all after they dusted Wisconsin.

Although I think your point is they should let their actions speak for themselves,so I in that way I would agree with you.

Who do you think takes the nc?

And who would you rather see win it?

But it doesn't matter much to me who wins...although if Oregon is the team with the awful uniform, then I will pull for Auburn.

HC..let's hear something.

I'd have to say...after a lot of thought,I don't think they should have fired Mangini. One more year.

Not sure why the last 4 games went south, but I do think he seemed to be laying a foundation and next year would be the deciding year.

So here we go again...another coach, new assts., new system, more new coach's type players.....2 more years to give him time to get fired.....and GroundhogDay continues.
