NYRA Rewards also down, apparently severed the tote cable?

Yes. Just got press release.

As a result of construction, a 600-pair wire running from Rockaway Boulevard into Aqueduct was accidentally severed, resulting in the loss of all tote communications. The problem is being worked on and will hopefully be repaired to allow for live racing and simulcasting on Friday, March 4 at Aqueduct and Belmont Park.

Sounds like a Union job and a Union JOB. You know those guys arent exactly boyscouts(Back to School)
