The 10 should come down here, the 2 might have won this race.

That's a bullshit DQ. There was extremely minimal contact, and Garcia tried to go through a hole that closed. It happens.

I disagree, Joey. The hole was there and the 10 came out and shut off the 2, I think the 2 wins the race without the interference. I think it was the right call. I admit that I am biased since I did not have the 10 in the pk4, but I would rather have had the 10 stay put as I think the 2 was going by both the 3 and 10.

That's speculation. Frazzie drifted out very slightly and the 2 overreacted. There was still room, the hole just got narrower.

Upon watching it again, the hole was definitely there, but I am not sure about my conclusion that the 2 had a shot to win the race. The interference was there, but whether it affected the result was a close one and I admit that I may have lucked out on that call.

That looked like a pretty easy DQ to me. The hole was there and Frazzie drifting out closed it. If you look at the blades of grass they're running over as you watch the head-on it shows how much the 10 came out. Garcia did overreact but he was fouled IMO.

That may have been a very good acting job by Garcia there to earn himself a check.

I agree, Nick. There was definitely interference and Garcia did a nice acting job to get the stewards attention. Even though I benefitted, I am not really sure the result would have been any different without the interference. Tough call, but I will take it and hopefully get the pk4 home, though it is coming up pretty chalky.

Bel 9

Haynesfield could be vulnerable off the layoff, have to take a shot with Caixa Electronica off the trainer change to Pletcher and at 10-1

$20W 2
$1TRIB 2,5,6

Nice call. I'm still trying to figure out why Soaring Empire was scratched and what the hell Brad Free was talking about on HRTV when he said Castellano rode a good race on Christmas for Liam.

Nick, Seth, thank you very much. Caixa was not my first choice, but was clearly overlayed in that field at 10-1 and worth the risk. I don't have HRTV, but I would love to know what Brad Free is smoking if he thought that was a good ride by Castellano there, the only ones who should be thankful for Javier's ride there are the ones like me that bet Caixa.

Now, I am praying that my man Sciacca can get the job done for me here and undue two days of horrible opinions.

Thanks, Seth! As Serling pointed out, he actually set it even better for Convocation who just wasn't good enough and Caixa ran a damn good race to be in that pace and finish the way he did.

Solid effort by Paci, but not enough to make me a fortune. Hopefully, the late pk4 is a sign that I am starting to adjust to Belmont!

Matty, Mike, Thanks! Good Luck tonight.

I'll bite a little on Churchill, at least until the girl gets home! I am not sold on any of horses taking most of the money, the 4,7 and 8. Think this race shapes nicely for a price.

$20W 3
$5EXB 3,10
10 cent SUPB 2,3,6,8,10
$10DD 3,10/5
$1 pk3 2,3,5,6,10/5,7/4,10
