Default 3:00 A.m Wake Up Call

and surprisingly, it wasn't Oracle or Mermaid calling me

So....I was out of town for work and staying in a hotel the past two nights. Was in the Northern part of Richmond, which is a really nice area. Anyways...this morning, I was sound asleep when I was woken up by a bunch of noise outside of my room in the hallway. So, I go to the door and look out the peephole and I see 5 state troopers standing there in the hall, with the door to the room directly across the hall from me wide open. Seems the lady that was staying in that room decided to try and kill herself sometime in the early hours. I couldn't see her, but I could clearly understand everything that the troopers were saying and even the lady was coherent and very wide awake and I could understand what she was saying. She was clearly "not right" as per the things she was saying in her dialogue with the police. She had taken the liberty to stabbing herself with a knife multiple times, concentrating mainly on her legs. She was evidently on her cell phone because when the troopers tried to get her to hang up and take her phone away, she went apesh*t. Starting cursing them and what have you. Finally the perimedics show up and strapped her to a table and whisked her away.

Well...that was how I greeted today. I hope everyone else had a wonderful day too

There you are having a good rest...and reality(someones) steps up and smacks you in the face! That's not a good way to wake up,bud. Makes you want to count your blessings that you don't feel that way about life, huh?

No doubt Timm. It was scary and sureal all at the same time. But the voyeur in me had to stand at the door staring out the peephole for 15 minutes until she was taken away

Kev,
You sound like you need a chuckle.
I posted some quotes (real) in the "joke of the day"--esoteric.
The Tiger Woods one is there with you in mind.
Enjoy!

I find it so cowardly how people make the half as* attempts at killing themselves.

if you want to end it, you dont stab yourself in the leg.
Im no expert, but I think the chest or kneck would be a better place to cut in to if you want to die.

attention seeking losers.

Just make sure your nife is sharpened. You want to make a deep cut, not just a knick.

(Sorry Repent; I misspell all the time, too-- but Danzig's post made me laugh out loud. Or should I say "laff.")
