Aruna...
I know she's never run on dirt before, but just looking at her PPs and her breeding, I would've played her (at least in exotics) in the Ladies Classic. Was there ever any consideration to put her in that race from her connections? Was the threat of possibly going up against Havre de Grace a reason why they decided not to? Do you give her much of a chance in the F&M Turf? Just rambling, but I thought she would've been an interesting contender if they decided to enter her in the Ladies Classic instead.

I like Aruna's chances in her race. Asking Mr. Greeley to get more ground is iffy, but she runs like she wants more.
I would not leave Its Tricky out of the Ladies Classic and rate her just behind Royal Delta. Somebody's going to make it uncomfortable for Plum Pretty up front.

You know, because if you lose the BC, they take away all your other victories from earlier in the year. Of course, ending the campaign of a Grade 2 miler in a long-distance Grade 1 is perfectly logical. Would she even be in the BC had she not won the Spinster on the Polytrack? |
