Instead of comparing ( at this time,anyways ) IHA with Secretariat, Affirmed, Man 'o War or any other race horse, just enjoy the lead up to the Belmont NOW....This is a really, really good horse, regardless of whether you like the owner, the trainer, the jockey, the Breathe-Rites or anything else...this is a really, really good racehorse...If he WERE to win the Belmont, we should remember this time right now, leading up to and through the race..those are what good memories are made of. Not some venomous, blathering vendetta against O'Neill, or Reddam or Milkshakes etc etc..who cares about the human side of it...Those of you who are against the horse for the above reasons are robbing yourselves of the possible GOOD memories of THIS horse that may lie beyond...It's the HORSE, stupid...or if you prefer, it's the stupid HORSE...either way...win or lose,don't rob yourselves of the memory....it's what Horseracing is all about anyways, right ? Memories ??

I prefer it to be all about the mammories, but that is just me.
