Saratoga 2013 Visit Notes

First of all for anyone coming up, the free Wi Fi worked flawlessly and betting from Ipad made for such enjoyable days at the track. Can't reccommend enough.

Second, big Thank You to Steve for getting us to upgrade New Line opening day. That adjustment got us through the pk4 and made the weekend from a betting standpoint.

The set up for Andy's Thursday show is great at Parting Glass. Highly reccommend stoping if you are up.

The crowd at races and downtown felt very sparse for an opening weekend and I guess very weather related. We were also able to get a set of picnic tables at 915AM on Sat which was a bit shocking, plenty of room in clubhouse as well. Will be curious to hear how crowd is this weekend.

I don't think I have ever felt more relieved than when that heat broke Friday night...

Place to stay - After many years of moving around, think I will never do anything other than a balcony room at Hampton Inn.

Best bar experience - Parting Glass back room and new back patio bar.

Best meal - Sperry's for dinner
