Default Lame Duck Pardons Turkey

In the true spirit of the holiday, our beloved flier (the one that landed on the deck of the Abraham Lincoln to announce "mission accomplished!), has pardoned Flyer. A true story...a lame duck pardoned a turkey.
Hope they both live a long and happy life at Disney World, or whatever "fantasy land" they wind up living in....Flier and Flyer.

It is also hoped that the "decider" decides whether to increase troop strength, or decrease troop strength. Others are helping him form his decision. It's a "tough job", afterall.

For me, I'll give plenty of thanks when our brave people now serving in dangerous places arrive safely back in the USA, and that they repay him with a "pardon" for the incompetency he has demonstrated.
I also give thanks that our great nation only has to endure another one year and forty-four weeks of his "leadership".

Just for what it's worth, I thought that Weekend Update on SNL a few weeks ago (right after the election) was hilarious.

Poehler: In an ironic twist, Iraq brought regime change to the U.S.

Brian,
Quite hilarious!
And since I've been following this "pardon story", you might be intrigued, as I was, when the turkeys refused to accept the pardon. Read about it for yourself.
