Default Over 1,000,000 to 1 payout at Gulfstream Park

Surprised this item hasn't gotten any media attention. Saturday's 7th race at Gulfstream Park had 'sweep the pot' dime superfecta that paid $119,069.41! Yes, one dime takes entire pool. Calculates as 1,190,694-to-1.

I imagine that the individual who placed and cashed this bet would say that this was best dime he ever bet, or spent.

I forget the exact order but i know a 90-1 shot and a 99-1 shot were in there.

After the order of finish was posted, i looked over to my buddy and said, "i had it straight."

If only...

Would love to know what the winner's total investment in supers was for that race; like to think he/she took it down by hitting the "quick pick" button at a machine.

My first inclination was winner was born or married on June 10, 1954 as result was 6-10-5-4. Yes, the 99-1 horse was actually something like 126-1 with 90-1 filling 4th slot.

Do others here play wacky shots with remainder vouchers? If I have less than dollar left on slip, I play something. Usually I just mix up numbers I have already played with longshot, or throw horse I'm playing against in 3- or 4-hole.

And occasionally I hit one. Best ever was like $230. I can only dream of $100k score!

I do that all the time with the change left on a voucher; hit the quick pick button a lot, rather than play favorite numbers. Can't recall if I ever scored on one, though.

Remember having something like a $1.40 left and playing 14 quick pick tickets only I hit repeat ticket after the 1rst and got 14 identical plays, all turned out to be longshots.

Of course I didn't win but if I had they likely would have Valponied me.

Yesterday's $301,993 Rainbow 6 payout equals 1.5 million to one.
