Tottenham Jaguars?
Owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars ( who also owns Fulham FC in the UK) has expressed interest in purchasing Tottenham Hotspur and relocating the Jags to North London.
The new White Hart Lane, due to open in 2018, will have a natural grass soccer pitch (which will be on rails, ala Phoenix) and an artificial surface regulation football field underneath:  http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foot...-10380385.html
