According to Bloodhorse, Equibase has taken down the chart of the 2016 Parx Oaks because of a May 19 decision from the PA Horse Racing Commission. In it's decision, the previously DH'd winner, Miss Inclusive (that finished 1st by 4 lengths, but tested positive for clenbuterol), was newly declared a co-winner of the race, along with the horse that had finished 4 lengths behind. Miss Inclusive won't receive any purse money, but can now add the race to her resume'. The originally declared 2nd and 3rd place finishers will still be noted as finishing 2nd and 3rd.
Equibase is working on the revised chart.
