need help about nyra rewards program

so to make it easier lets say I just bet nyra tracks
the give you 4 points for every dollar bet so if you bets 100 dollars you will receive 400 points if I got it right
so to get to 5000 points you would have to bet 1250 dollars

so am I reading it right that you have to at least 5000 points to receive a 5 dollar betting reward?
if so that really not all hyped up as I thought it would be

I mean im in the capital o t b rewards program and I think that's really not that great
but they give you 1,75 % as there lowest number on a bet to where if you bet 2000 a month you getting at least 35 back in your account at the start of every month
this nyra program if im reading right you have to bet 2500 to get 10 dollars back
do I have this right> thank you
