This could be the worst card of the year. I don't like the Pick 4 sequence at all, but I do like one spot play in the 9th race.

2 - Xep For Elmer (5-1) Trainer McQuade has taken his time getting this 4 yr old colt by Kelly Kip (18% w/firsters) to the track, but he has shown some ability in the am and Jessie Garcia will be gunning from the get go. Won & paid $12.60

Will possibly play some pick 3's around this one too.

Going get out my construction paper, disappearing ink pens (in case anyone looks over my shoulder at the track tomorrow), T-square, protractor and slide rule and spend the rest of my time an energy on Saturday's card...
