Bashford Manor
The Bashford Manor and the Hollywood Juvenile both GIII races are examples of one of the many things wrong with 2y old racing. Most of the starters in these races are MSW winners or even 1st out. To go from MSW to graded for any other age horse almost never happens. These 2y olds have few if any allowance races to gain experience and maturity. We need more 2y old allowance races. That said, I'll go with these three in a boxed exacta. Ascot Hall, Blackberry Road, and Dr. Nick.
