Default SAT - Stakes Selections

Delaware Park

R8 - G3 Kent BC

#5 Strike a Deal - Never worse than 2nd in 6 turf tries for Goldberg. Just missed twice in Virginia and Va Derby winner Red Giant came back to run huge in the G1 Secretariat. Also, he has the benefit of 4lbs against top contenders.

#6 Soldier's Dancer - His last two wins have come on his 3rd start off a break, which includes the G3 Tropical Park Derby at Calder. Ran a respectable 3rd at long odds in the Virginia Derby.

#8 Nobiz Like Shobiz - Cornelio stays in NY to ride Political Force, so Castellano gets the mount. Successful debut on the lawn in the G2 Hall of Fame, although he was getting a 7lbs break from the 2nd place finisher. Here he's the one giving 4lbs to Strike a Deal. Looks to be an underlay in this spot.

#3 Summer Doldrums -G3 Colonial Turf Cup winner has found a home on the turf and should be used underneath in the gimmicks.

Saratoga

R9 - G1 Forego

#8 Midnight Lute - Training lights out for return.

R10 - G1 Woodward

#2 Diamond Stripes - Lightly raced 4yr old gelding is making his 3rd start off the bench for Dutrow/Prado.

#5 Corinthian - I expect a bounce back effort after his dull performance in the Surburban.

#7 Political Force - Having a very nice year.

#1 Lawyer Ron - Will he regress off the Freakish effort in the Whitney or is he head over heals the best in the Handicap Division?

Arlington Park

R9 - G3 Arlington Washington Fururity

#2 Texas Wildcatter - Grey son of '01 Derby Champion Monarchos was an impressive off the pace winner in debut at AP going the one turn mile. SCR

#7 Riley Tucker - 3rd in Saratoga Special behind some nice 2yr olds. Picks up top jock at the meet.

#8 Gold Coyote - Texas bred dominated the competition in Texas. Calhoun seems fit to ship and he already owns a 100 BSF.

#6 Blackberry Road - Ships in from Churchill for Carroll.

#1 Celina Slew - Will add the son of Tiznow at long odds. Oh yeah, Asmussen trains.

Good Racing Luck
