Snowy Woods
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know, His house is in the village though. He will not see me stopping here, To watch his woods fill up with snow. My little horse must think it queer, To stop without a farmhouse near, Between the woods and frozen lake, The darkest evening of the year. He gives his harness bells a shake, To ask if there is some mistake. The only other sound's the sweep, Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep. -- Robert Frost I don't know that I had a SnowyWoods thing ,but if I did I can't find it. I must do this thing. Inspired by Jack..I mean Robert Frost...I do open this thing in honor of my very good friend Andrew Panda. I invite all including the fine poster SomerRobert...I mean Frost...to visit. I would also be quite adorned if HerMightyFragranceThebby stopped by so as to see what Lillies look like blooming last in the cozy dooryard.....which is only a few feet away from the SnowyWoods. And not far from the Here's Jhonny's CWD Bar. Just don't anyone be a piglet. Last edited by Mortimer : 10-14-2007 at 06:20 PM. |
