Santa Anita going to be speed favoring today??

One of the most maddening handicapping obstacles of SA this winter were the times the track played unfair to speed. After watching the first race which obviously does not a bias make the wire to wire winner and the lack of changing positions at least have to make you notice that speed may be king on the cushion minus 2 inches today.....

Other thoughts??
