You seem like a nice guy and I would bet that it wasn't your intention but you are actually not being very kind to Chuck when you say "EVEN Chuck could have done a better job". EVEN is the operative word.

What specifically did Murray Johnson do wrong that Chuck or any other trainer would have improved upon? Not to say that someone couldnt have done a better job, my question is "how"?
