One of the CIA's unit heads under Clinton was on the "Early Show" on CBS yesterday. His name is Micheal Scheur. He said that Bin Laden is alive today because Clinton didn't go after him. Here is what Scheur said of the Clinton interview with Chris Wallace: "It's just an incredible situtation for the American people over the weekend to hear their former President mislead them."

Scheur resigned from the CIA in 2004 after 22 years. He has been criticial of both Bush and Clinton. He said that the Clinton administartion had 8-10 chances to get Bin Laden but refused to act. Scheur says that Clinton's claim that the CIA could not verify that Bin Laden was responsible for the Cole attack is a denial of the facts. "Clinton defames the CIA and the men and women who risked their lives to give the Administration repeated chances to kill Bin Laden."
