Input Needed for my Research
Ok...first off, I'll say that I'm not in any way involved with the trolls that wrecked the espn board...'nuf said.
I am gathering material for a paper that I wish to write. It deals with "anger management" issues, their motivations and reactions by those that have been involved. This is an area of intersest to me, as it begins in early childhood and carries over into adulthood. My hope is to write something that prevents consequences that are as extreme as Columbine (bullying, seen it here), frustration, whether it's not having a horse run as well as expected (money...another motivation), fear (war), the need for validation, and any other "motivators" that you might think of. Please share. On the "flip side"...I'm very interested in reactions. Specifically, I'm interested in how all of us deal with "frustration". I've seen how a few have in the past. Some have shared their disappointments, as have I mine. Some things drive me crazy too. Anyway, what I am really looking for is the conditions that caused anger and a sense of loss, coping mechanisms, and outcomes. I won't publish anything without your permission. Thanks for your anticipated input. Please share your story. Wayne (DTS) |
