Riders...

So there was a thread about truly great horses and I got to thinking HEY my horse is a great horse...I mean sure, he finished up the track in every race he ran...he's got crooked legs, a short fuse and a spook like you wouldn't believe...he cribs and lives on expensive joint supplements...he runs the fence line for hours when he doesn't want to be outside...he was kicked out of his barn in CT cause they thought he was dangerous...he wears expensive bar shoes and loses them regularly...

But I love him.

He's an absolute goat...I ride him without a saddle...I ride him without a bridle...Today I rode him without either one...I can open the barn door and throw him out on the front lawn and he will just hang out until I ask him to come inside...he's completely safe to put my cousin's kids up on him...Hell he was even safe when Steve rode him! ghe's tall dark and handsome and most importantly he loves me back...

so riders...tell me why you love your horse (or the horse that you ride).
