From what I read in todays DRF it seems they have shortened up the following couple Saturdays in preference for loading up on this day.

Wow, Toga will be jumping on opening Saturday!

DRF, today's edition by the way, has a nice 1 page Stakes schedule for NYRA tracks in 2007.
