Race Summary
PENNYPENNYPENNY broke in and brushed rival at the start, hustled up approaching the quarter pole, circled up four wide top stretch, edged up along outside of leaders, dueled then took command and drew clear. PURECRAZILUCK chased pace at the start then edged up to lead at top of stretch, dueled along outside of WOV then matched strides between, continued to battle with PENNYPENNYPENNY in deep stretch and lacked final kick to move on. OXIDIENNE was brushed between at the start then picked up pace heading into turn, continued steady three wide bid and gained show. WOV was away alertly at start and led the way, continued on top then challenged by PURECRAZILUCK at top of stretch, took on added challenged of eventual winner, dug back in along inside but could not keep up pace in final sixteenth and weakened. JUNE FLOWER raced in contention and chased pace racing between rivals, kept on in upper stretch then came up empty and flattened out. DANUBE RIVER was brushed at the start, raced in back, kept on along outside in final furlong and failed to move on. FLASH JAK raced in early contention and chased pace along rail, could not sustain bid, weakened and had no late response.
