They're freaking out that Trump's "Crooked Hillary" is taking hold, and that they are dumbfounded about how to deal with it. They're not smart enough to freak out with the realization that they created this Trump phenomenon, and that after years of attacking previous Republican nominees over stupid drivel no one is listening to their warnings any more. They are the child who cried wolf.
