Default claiming question
Given the state of racing today, are claiming races really claiming?
I have no data if claims have dropped in the last few weeks.
The risk in claiming a horse that might not run for a few months seems likely.

Do owners knowing this drop a horse down a level believing the horse won't get claimed?
