In racing terms, what is a "paralyzed throat"? A once promising colt I bred and raised was just retired due to this. I've tried to google it and I keep finding horses who are having surgery or had surgery on "paralyzed flaps". I'm really curious because I know the current owners would try and fix the problem if there was any way possible. Thanks in advance.
