Default MON - Memorial Day - HOL PK4 & Met Mile

Happy Memorial Day

The recent rain should force AP from being on the turf, so I called an audible to So Cal.

Hollywood Park

R7 - MSW 50K (Turf) (I used 6 and I'm still not confident I have enough coverage)

#7 Cavanal - Finally draws decent after failing as the fave in last 2.
#8 Rumba Along - Back to back solid turf tries and should enjoy the mile distance.
#10 Catastaire - Looks to graduate after just missing in last.
#6 El Martillo - The hammer should move forward in 2nd turf try.
#3 B's Lucky Strike - Drysdale adds the hood for 2nd start.
#1 Cambridge Blue - Juddmonte homebred should sit a nice trip.

R8 - Alw 53K N1X

#4 Fado (Brz) - Lobo dangerous off the bench.
#6 Tangled Tango - Should find the winner's circle with a duplicate performance.
#7 Chestnut Touch - Mitchell brings in Raffy and hopes for a better start.

R9 - G1 Shoemaker Mile (Turf)

#4 Get Funky - 2nd in this event last year and looks to be sitting on a big one. SCR
#8 Daytona (Ire) - No secrets about his game plan. Tougher than a $3 steak.
#6 Thousand Words (GB) - His U.S. turf race was impressive and could be overlooked on the tote board.
#3 Ever a Friend - Hard to endorse at 9-5 with a runner I feel will regress today, but the most logical after top two.

Ex & Tri Box

R10 - Md 40K

#4 Elusive Destiny - Semi-competitive versus MSW and now drops for a tag off turf try. Becerra solid. Singleton with this bunch.
#6 Victorio - Has not been able to sustain his bid against a bit tougher.
#13 Orientation Hall - Don't care to much for the post, but he did finish 2nd on the drop last out.
#12 Moves Like a Cat - Didn't show much in debut, but is training very well for 2nd start.

PK4 - 1 3 6 7 8 10 / 4 6 7 / 3 6 8 / 4 = $54

Belmont Park

R10 - G1 Metropolitan Mile

#8 Commentator - Loves Big Sandy and is in razor sharp form. Obviously on the short list of most talented runners in the country.
#5 First Defense - Expecting him to complete the exacta off his nice win at CD on Derby Day.
#6 Kiss the Kid - Has ran well this year, albeit his best finish is 3rd.
#2 Lord Snowdon - Look for him to rally late and catch a minor piece.

Good Racing Luck
