Breeders' Cup adds eight foreign qualifiers
By Matt Hegarty The Breeders' Cup has added eight races in foreign countries to its "Win and You're In" program that guarantees the winner a starting position in one of the Cup's 14 main-event races, scheduled this year for Nov. 6-7 at Santa Anita Park in Southern California. The new foreign races are:
