If It Pours RAIN on Belmont Day????

If it is pouring rain will they cancel the turf races? Oh yea it looks like for some reason that Tom Albertrani will scratch Deputy Glitters out of the Belmont and they said the last time Songster ran in the slop he didn't like it so this will change the complection of both of the races, any thoughts???
