Thistledown Opening Day

Thistledown opened today with $55,600 in total purse money.

Two races were won by Ohio breds, and one by a Michigan bred.

On prime time Saturday they are gunning for $50,700 in total purse money over 8 races. The feature allowance for NW2R is for is for $10,200.

Surprised there hasn't been more talk around here today about Ohio racing.....
