The bigger question is why isn't and wasn't the U.S. Attorney's Office going after them? Everytime a crime is commited by one of the 30,000 to be released the rights of a law abiding american are violated.
IMO This flow of 30,000 soon to be released criminals on society will be far deadlier than the BP oil spill. How long once they are released till the first murder? How long till the death toll equals the BP spill?
