Default Bad fall in riding class

Okay, not a fall; I was fracking thrown. Landed right on my back (first time I've landed badly). I'm in some serious pain right now. Suggestions, besides ibuprofin and a heating pad? It took me three minutes to get up from the floor just now (I made the mistake of sitting down on the floor while I ate dinner).

BuffyM, it must be going around... I assume you're recovered from your tumble from Buck? This was Carena who tossed me-- quarter horse, but so hot you'd think she was a TB. Horse behind her spooked, so she spooked, and when that didn't get me off, threw in a heck of a buck for good measure. I got back on and finished the lesson, but I was hurting and now I'm REALLY hurting. Help?
