You Know You Have Racing On The Brain When...

I have someone at work leaving. His name is Martin and his last name begins with a P. He's Latino.

We posted his job so current employees can apply. I'm the contact. We're a big place so I want to be able to tell people when they call it's Martin P's job that is available which will trigger an understanding of the work required.

I can't seem to remember Martin P's last name to save me. I keep wanting to tell people it's Martin Pedroza's job.

Anyone else have these types of issues?
