Not allowing others free speech
Two groups of political supporters, from different sides, face to face.
One man doesn't like what he's hearing. He gets angry, shove a water bottle, then a hankerchief, into the mouth of a protester on the other side. Says he did it because he wanted to protect the "free speech" of his side. Suprisingly, he doesn't get the sh.i.a.t immediately beaten out of him for his battery. Should he be arrested and charged? Yes or no.
