Default Voter ID law fails in Wisconsin - not in place for Nov. Election

Great news for those that don't believe in ALEC-legislative goal for the Republicans of disenfranchising hundreds of thousands of legal voters just so Republicans have a better chance of winning an election**

It should be noted that the State of Wisconsin has one of the strongest pro-voting laws among all the states.

** Pennsylvania state House Republican leader Mike Turzai said this weekend that the state’s new voter ID law will “allow” Mitt Romney to win the state in November, according to a report.

Quote: “Pro-Second Amendment? The Castle Doctrine, it’s done. First pro-life legislation – abortion facility regulations – in 22 years, done. Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done,” Turzai said at Saturday’s Republican State Committee meeting, according to PoliticsPA.com.

Second judge rejects state voter ID law
Requirement will not be in place for fall elections

By Patrick Marley of the Journal Sentinel

Madison - A second judge has declared Wisconsin's voter ID law unconstitutional, further guaranteeing that the ID requirement will not be in place for elections this fall.

Dane County Circuit Judge David Flanagan wrote Tuesday that the state's requirement that all voters show photo ID at the polls creates a "substantial impairment of the right to vote" guaranteed by the state constitution.
