you'd think that by choosing to carry the pregnancy, she'd be doing what the church teaches-rather than aborting to save her job.
reminds me of the administrator asking the guy to get a divorce so she wouldn't have to fire him.

ah, the catholic church. bugger altar boys, and they transfer you to another diocese (and another, as often as needed), but by god, everyone else is subject to discipline. get married, choose life, you're out of here! molest some kids-hey, we just need to move you....(to new victims).
