Default Judy the Beauty

She's nominated for both the Thoroughbred Club of America (G2) and First Lady (G1) at Keeneland on Saturday.

As a fan I'd love to see her try the First Lady. She won the sprint race last year beating Groupie Doll and would be no higher than 4/5 in there again.
She's won on the turf early in her career. The two turns and extra furlong is the big question mark for her but I'm hoping Ward goes that way, he has been working her a lot on the Keeneland turf (3 of last 4 works)
It would also make the sprint race a much better betting race. That race is a win and you're in while the First Lady is not so that might be the deciding factor depending on what he wants to do with her as far as the BC goes.

Any thoughts?

Im with you. Why not the turf race? What does she have to lose running in that spot?

Well he has this to lose by not running her in the sprint race:

But if he thinks she has a good shot at winning the First Lady the purse $ is twice as much (400k to 200k)

Guess we'll find out in two days.

So much for that. Against the boys would be exciting though
