#4 Devils Informer: Returned in a key race and freshened up slightly again. Gets in light with the bug and comes in off a bullet.
#7 Taman Guard: Burnt-out from the sub 44 half in his second lifetime start.
#1 Hye I'm Jack: Dangerous if can sufficiently return off the extended break. Trip looks right.
#8 Family Code

Race 7:
#5 Tiz No Bluff: Slow beginning on debut and couldn't do much in a speed dominated race off a 48 half. Should be fit enough off those works for the return.
#7 Giant Expectations: Has had his chances but this race is a bit light talent wise on paper.
#8 Hollywood Strike: Stretch-out should suit but Shirreffs is struggling so far this year.
#2 Westfest

Race 8:
#6 Subtle Indian: Failed in his first try past 6f but that lead was unnecessary and he still battled gamely to the wire. Should get it all his own way again and Smith should be able to ration his speed better.
#2 Kobe's Back: Will be coming late as always but may fail to catch the leader if given a breather.
#4 Lord Nelson
#5 Ambitious Brew

Race 9:
#4 Lieutenant Colonel: Watching the replay of the Californian and it seems like he had noticeable kidney sweat that day. Fought on well nevertheless and took the lead again in the gallop out. Odds on last out and 8-1 ML today...
#3 Hard Aces: Always grinding away and looks to be back in best form. Positive jockey switch this time around.
