Her third dam is Broodmare of the Year Oatsee, putting her in the family of Preakness Stakes winner Shackleford, Grade 1-winning second dam Lady Joanne, and Grade 2 winner Afleeting Lady. She was a $380,000 buyback at last year’s Keeneland September yearling sale.

Hip No. 36, gr. or ro. f., Eskendereya—Champagne Royale, by French Deputy, consigned by Kings Equine, agent

A half-sister to Grade 1 winners Majestic Harbor and Danza. Her dam, stakes-placed Champagne Royale, sold with this filly in utero for $825,000 at the 2014 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall select mixed sale.

Hip No. 38, gr. or ro. c., Tapit—Christmas Star, by Star de Naskra, property of Hoby & Layna Kight

Christmas Star’s eight winners from nine runners includes Grade 1 winner Cuvee, Grade 2 winner Will He Shine, Grade 3-placed Harpoon, and three additional stakes-placed runners. Grade 1 winners Olympio and Pyro are in the extended family.

Grade 2 winner Katz Me If You Can’s four winners from six runners includes graded stakes producers Unkatzable and This Cat Can Dance. The colt sold for $280,000 at the Keeneland September sale.

Hip No. 87, b. c., Awesome Again—Kiss the Lady, by Quiet American, consigned by Eddie Woods, agent

The second foal out of stakes-placed Kiss the Lady, he brought $400,000 at last year’s Fasig-Tipton Saratoga sale. The page features Irish champion Minstrella and Grade 2 winners A Little Warm, Mini Sermon, Colonial Minstrel, and Blofeld.

Hip No. 90, Fiftyshadesoftapit, ch, c, Tapit—Lady of Fifty, by After Market, consigned by Wavertree Stables Inc., agent

The first foal out of Grade 1 winner Lady of Fifty. He was a $625,000 buyback at the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga sale, giving him the highest yearling hammer price of the Gulfstream sale catalog.

All five runners out of Leaveminthe-dust are winners, including Grade 1-placed Danzig Moon and Canadian classic-placed Leavem In Malibu. Champions Inside Information and Smuggler and Grade 1/Group 1 winners Quick as Lightning, Educated Risk, Hot Cha Cha and Evilasio are in the female family.
