ROI Results 6/30 @ Woodbine/UN

Four players hit winners on Saturday and all point slots were filled as we traveled north of the
border for the Queens Plate races at Woodbine. However the two big winners nailed the winning
bets at the southern shore of New Jersey at Monmouth Park. NJ Stinks takes the super slot by
hitting a winning bet in Woodbine's 9th as Long on Value paid $6.70 to win. Besting NJS out by
a few dollars and taking the third slot was Banter who went the Queens Plate route. When
Wonder Gadot rallied to take the Plate, Banter got back $6.40 and a $160.00 return. Both of
the players who finished first and second went the United Nations route and both played the same
horse. It came down to a dollar win bet as Ruffian gets the win over a game Cruzan. Both
played Funtastic who payed a stellar $48 but Ruff put a dollar more on the nose and she
comes out with the win. Congrats to Ruffian on a well deserved win and all I can say to
Cruzan is "ouch". If my memory serves me right I was at a United Nations race years
ago when it was at Atlantic City and I saw Fort Marcy win. Following are the unofficial
results pending any objections. There was an inquiry as to why I played race 5 since it was
a race I wouldn't play if I was using virtual moolah. See you all next week at the track of Don's
