Oh and I still think it's strange that there still is so much anger over Funny Cide in the Brooklyn.......when Naughty New Yorker got wheeled back even faster after being a well beaten 9th in the Woodward. If they say FC is healthy then he's healthy. No use making a million posts about something you cannot change!!

Cool I will take........

Wanderin Boy, just anoth hunch, like my one with Premium Tap, which like a nut I didn't bet on! Anyone have any advice for today's card at Belmont? I took last weekend off, to recharge my batteries, and watch some football. Any track bias that you all have noticed, or other trends to take into account with my selections today? Thanks in advance, and good luck to you all this weekend! Take care!:rolleyes

Reverberate should be about ready to run his best race.

I don't know how good that will be ... but whatever he's got ... we should see it today.

Good Reward deserves to be a solid fav, IMO. I like the change to Cornelio on FC.

Not a bad race for Funny. Made a move around the turn before he faded but then fought back at the end to grab 4th. Another check earned. Hopefully that sets him up for the Empire Classic. How many other stakes horses have run 9 times this year?

FC dug in and ran a full 9F. Good effort and he was rewarded with $8k.

This is about as good as it gets for Funny Cide these days ...

... plug along gamely in a fake G2 ... and pick up the chump change in a 6-horse field.

Good for him though ... he's doing his best to maintain his dignity ... while getting precious little help from his human connections.

I don't know how good it was for FC. He was third on the turn when Corny put him into a prolonged full on drive. He was never a threat to the leader and managed to get a fourth place check. Considering the strength of this field, isn't that a fairly minor achievement? For me I think he deserves better than to be whipped 25 times to pick up a fourth place check.

He didnt look all that bad. He ran the best race he could. Another check is all that matter to these owners. I really do not believe they are interested in winning or doing what is best for Funny Cide.

I thought he ran ok. The time for the winner was pretty good. Funny Cide should be very competitive in that $250,000 Empire Classic.

He has lost it. He is attacking me all over the place. He knows I am a chalk player and made a killing. Yesterday he was bashing me for all my 4-5 shots. Well today we had our day. Chalk Players Unite.
