really gross story. i kept smelling dead smell when i was in my feed room but couldnt really locate it, i figured a mouse or something must have died in a wall. about a week went by and the weather got warm and the smell got worse so i started hunting for the source....the cat had been killing rats and not eating them, I found a pile of half rotten carcasses inside and empty water bucket, there must have been 7 or 8 of them all covered in maggots. i about lost my lunch. That was when i learned that I had rats in the first place....bait took care of the rest.

I want a cat but my wife is allergic. Don't they have some hypoallergenic ones or something.
