The point was simply that Timm's statement that they had "earned" their money wasn't entirely true in all cases, or - at the very least - true only if a loose definition of the word "earned" was used.
It had nothing to do with their decision to donate the money, which is why I only quoted one sentence of his post (the sentence to which I was responding). |
