Winchester especially. I thought he was going to be a top horse after his win in the Secretariat. That seemed like five years ago.

I also thought Haynesfield might make some noise in the TC races last year. I was a bit off on that one.

My favorite type of horse is a fast one that is given an easy lead!
i liked winchester too. but i didn't like haynesfield...don't know why i didn't because the horse is a "horse for course" there.then again i did not think rail trip would let him get those fractions. dutrow was ga-ga over him this morning on tv so i though he would at least be a pace factor...24 and 3...113.1 should not even be legal on that track in a race like this.

Rail Trip, his trip was a bit hard to figure for me. I couldn't tell if that was the jock, the surface switch, or soundness issues.

I wish NYRA would invest in cameras with zoom capability.

Ah, a NY bred son of a sprinter, no less, throws a gate-to-wire beatdown at the biggest (hell, it might be the only at this point) open 10f contest in the east.

There's still hope for QR in the BCC. lol

Gotta love that dirt racing........................

The bar shoe on and how dead he was on the board should've been clues.
