Wow. I'm surprised, because of previous rulings the FSC has made in state vs legislature there. Very interesting! That will definitely have some ramifications on other things in the future.
Edit: okay, courts reasoning is different that what I thought, due to new information about the appropriations. They simply upheld his normal right to veto appropriations made during his tenure, as he is constitutionally allowed.
